Employee engagement
We make the skills of Snam people as well as their energies available to third sector organizations and to Fondazione Snam’s projects.
Volunteering
More than 700 people took part in corporate volunteering activities, including Volunteer Day, and more than 4 team-building events have been organized to allow Snam people to make an impact on social organizations.
Payroll Giving
In 2020, we launched 2 payroll giving campaigns for social organizations during the Covid-19 emergency, involving around 1000 employees.
Local Clubs
We support 2 Local Clubs since their birth. Local Clubs are spontaneous initiatives by Snam people to promote and carry out recreational-cultural activities as well as those activities aimed at harmonizing life, increasing moral and solidarity values between colleagues.

Since 2018, 5 social enterprises have been involved in our support and star-up initiatives, such as: - Welfare che Impresa - Corvetto Adottami! - Sprint! La Scuola con una marcia in più.
In addition, through the Volunteering Program, Fondazione Snam has supported 13 type B Social Cooperatives whose purpose is the work placement of disabled people
At the same time, with its Social supply Chain policy, Snam has undertaken to include in its vendor lists suppliers who come from the third sector and in particular type B social cooperatives.

Welfare di Comunità is the result of co-design activities of Fondazione Snam, Snam’s Human Resources Department, Snam’s people and third sector organizations.

dediCARE
dediCARE is an innovative service designed for Snam’s people and their families offering care and listening services as well as social, work, welfare, economic and health services. dediCARE is co-designed by Snam’s Welfare department togheter with Fondazione Snam and it is provided by social cooperatives from the network of Spazio Aperto Servizi and Consorzio CGM. dediCARE focues on the areas: Child or grandchild care, Social and health services, particularly for the elderly and disabled,Time-saving services for well-being and personal growth.
